Mulan Jameela Melahirkan Di RS Pondok Indah

Mulan Jamela Melahirkan - Artis cantik yang tergabung dalam RCM ( Republik Cinta Management ) besutan Ahmad Dani, yaitu Mulan Jamela membuat gebrakan lagi. Setelah cukup lama tidak muncul di layar televisi, kini santer beredar bahwa mulan jameela telah melahirkan.

Gosip Mulan Jameela melahirkan membuat ramai internet dan kabarnya Mulan Jameela sudah melahirkan bayi perempuan di RS Pondok Indah.



Menurut salah satu sumber yang tidak mau di sebut namanya, mulan Jameela berada di ruangan khusus untuk pasien yang melahirkan yaitu di lantai 3 RSPI dan Sempat juga di pindahkan ke lantai 2.

Ada sedikit kejanggalan, Dalam daftar papan nama pasien terdapat nama " Mrs.M " yang seharusnya di tulis nama lengkap.

Namun begitu belum ada kabar yang memastikan bahwa Mulan Jameela benar-benar melahirkan.

Memilih Partner Usaha - Tipe partner usaha buruk harus anda hindari banyak keterbatasan yang mungkin menghalangi kita dalam memulai usaha. Keterbatasan ini harus di atasi, dan terkadang kita tidak bisa mengatasinya sendiri. Oleh karena itu, kita membutuhkan partner dalam menjalankan usaha kita. Teman baik, bisa menjadi partner yang baik, namun tidak semua orang bisa menjadi partner kita.


Berikut tips memilih partner usaha

1. Kenali kelemahan dan kekurangan kita

Kita butuh partner untuk menutupi kekurangan kita. Kenali baik-baik kelemahan kita, dan cari orang yang bisa menutupi kekurangan tersebut.Jika kita kekurangan modal, cari partner yang bisa member tambahan modal, namun untuk managemet tetap menjadi fokus kita. Jika kesulitan mengatur perusahaan, cari orang yang memiliki kekuatan management yang baik. Kenali juga kelebihan dan calon partner, agar jangan sampai anda dan partner memiliki kelemahan yang sama.

2. Pelajari Cara Berkomunikasi

Setiap orang memiliki budaya berkomunikasi yang berbeda, berdasarkan latar belakang dan kondisi sosialnya. Pelajari bagaimana cara partner anda berkomunikasi, agar tidak terjadi kesalahan komunikasi di kemudian hari yang mengganggu kinerja perusahhan. Ada orang yang senang bercanda, namun ada pula orang yang mudah tersinggung. Berhati-hatilah dalam bercanda, jangan sampaidi bilang kaku, dan jangan sampai pula ada yang tersinggung dengan gaya bercanda anda.

3. Partner yang setara

Saat memilih partner, lihatlah apkah ia tipe karyawan atau justru tipe bos. Seorang yang bertipe karyawan cenderung menunggu perintah, namun mengharapkan fasilitas dari perusahaan. Sementara, seseorang yang memiliki tipe bos akan menjadi seorang yang suka memerintah semua orang, termasuk partnernya sendiri. Sejak awal perlu di terapkan Anda dan Partner adalah setara, memiliki kedudukan yang sama, kecuali di tegaskan lain dalam surat perjanjian.

4. Tidak Banyak Menuntut

Bersikaplah penuh pengertian pada partner Anda. Jangan terlalu banyak ,menuntut, namun tetapkan target tertentu yang ingin di raih perusahaan. Partner akan merasa gerah jika Anda banyak menuntut, dan hasilnya tidak akan maksimal.

5. Tidak Egois

Selalu ingat bahwa Anda bekerja sama, sehingga keduanya harus sama-sama pengertian dan mementingkan kepentingan perusahaan di atas kepentingan pribadi. Jika salah satu egois, otomatis kesatuan perusahaan akan terpecah.

6. Profesional

Siapapun yang menjalankan perusahaan sangat perlu untuk bersikap professional. Ingatlah selalu bahwa Anda pimpinan perusahaan, dan Anda memiliki partner yang juga berusaha bersikap professional. Jangan membawa masalah pribadi ke kantor, karena sangat merusak suasana kantor.

7. Berhemat

Umur perusahaan Anda mungkin masih seumur jagung, dan Anda mencari partner untuk menjalankan perusahaan Anda. Maka, Anda di tuntut untuk selalu berhemat dalam penggunaan uang perusahaan. Tidak ada gunanya Anda menambah partner atau menambah modal jkanuang perusahaan Anda hambur-hamburkan.

8. Hitam di Atas Putih

Partner Anda, walaupun ia adalah orang kepercayaan Anda, tetap saja segalanya perlu hitam di atas putih. Semua gerakan perusahaan harus memiliki landasa hukum, sehingga tidak akan terjadi sesuatu yang tidak di inginkan nantinya.

Film ini berkisah tentang seorang pemuda desa yang hanya bekerja sebagai penggembala kerbau dan membajak sawah, Dia mempunyai kekasih bernama lilis, namun tidak di setujui orang tua lilis. Demi cintanya kepada Lilis, pemuda desa itu tertantang untuk mencari pekerjaan di kota, dan ingin membuktikan bahwa dia mampu menjadi orang kaya dan sukses di kota.

Sinopsis Film Pocong Ngesot

Film pocong ngesot ini bercerita : Asep (23), pemuda desa yang lugu namun over pede, tertantang untuk mencari pekerjaan layak, demi menikahi kekasih tercintanya, Lilis (22). Sebab, abahnya Lilis, Abah Dading (50), tak pernah setuju putri semata wayangnya berhubungan dengan Asep lantaran Asep kerjanya cuman nggembalain kebo sama ngebajak sawah orang. Abah Dading pengennya Lilis menikah dengan anak kuliahan yang diyakini bermasa depan cerah

Demi membuktikan dirinya mampu menjadi orang sukses dan kaya raya, Asep memutuskan pergi ke kota besar. Setiba di kota, Asep tinggal di rumah kontrakan bersama Kubil, Bonar, dan Wanda. Asep melakukan gerak cepat dengan mengajukan lamaran kerja ke berbagai perusahaan berbekal ijazah SMA-nya. Bingung dan putus asa mulai melanda Asep. Apalagi Asep mendapat kabar bahwa abahnya Lilis sudah menemukan cowok kaya raya buat pendamping hidupnya. Lilis mendesak Asep cepat mendapatkan pekerjaan yang layak. Karena, Lilis telah buat kesepakatan dengan abah bahwa jika dalam jangka 3 bulan Asep belum juga mendapat pekerjaan, Lilis bersedia melepaskan Asep

Bonar dan Kubil menyuruh Asep konsultasi sama dukun. Dukun pun menyarankan Asep nyepi di sebuah pohon trembesi (pohon beringin) yang diyakini keramat. Dukun juga memberikan catatan mantra yang musti dibaca selama nyepi di pohon trembesi keramat itu. Dukun juga mengingatkan agar sesajen yang dibawa musti lengkap tanpa kurang satu apapun

Setelah melakukan nyepi di pohon trembesi keramat, kejadian-kejadian aneh dan konyol pun mengganggu Asep. Entah mengapa, Asep kerap disantroni penampakkan berupa pocong ngesot. Dan bukan cuman Asep, Kubil, Bonar, Wanda, Devina dan Pretty juga diganggu penampakkan pocong ngesot. Kekacauan pun tak terelakkan. Pekerjaan yang diharapkan Asep segera diperolehnya setelah menjalani tapa sepi di pohon trembesi, juga tak kunjung ada. Malah, Asep kini ketiban sial melulu. Lalu, tiap dateng mau ngelamar ke perusahaan, Asep diusir tanpa sebab jelas

Asep nyesel nyepi di pohon trembesi keramat. Seandainya Asep berpikir dulu sebelum bertindak. Yah, seandainya. Wajah Lilis pun seakan memudar dari bayangannya. Semua karena Asep takut kehilangan cintanya, Lilis. Berniat mendapatkan nasib baik, malah musibah yang datang. Asep dan teman-temannya pun memikirkan cara agar terbebas dari gangguan pocong ngesot, tuyul, dan wewe gombel.
